Carbon Fiber Reinforcement

Our stiffest and strongest fiber with the highest strength-to-weight ratio.

20% Stronger Than Aluminum

Parts reinforced with continuous Carbon Fiber can replace Aluminum parts at half the price and weight.

Need extra strength? Add Carbon Fiber reinforcement to your Nylon or Onyx parts. We can print composite parts that are incredibly strong and stiff, with material properties greater than Aluminum. Composite parts are stronger at roughly half the price due to minimum order quantities and upfront costs.

Superior Strength & Stiffness

Parts reinforced with Carbon Fiber are 8x stronger than ABS parts.

Carbon Fiber Reinforcement

Print parts with an exterior base material and add Carbon Fiber reinforcement.

Advantages Of Carbon Fiber

Superior Stiffness

Carbon Fiber has the highest flexural strength of all our fiber reinforcements. Add it to Onyx or Nylon parts to achieve a higher strength and stiffness.

Strength To Weight

Carbon Fiber is a thin filament that is made up of carbon atoms organized into a crystalline structure. This makes it very strong and lightweight.

Replaces Aluminum

Compared to 6061 Aluminum, our Carbon Fiber reinforcement has a 50% higher strength to weight ratio in flexure and 300% higher in tension.
